Dr. Larrucea and Dr. White have been colleagues since 2001 performing treatments of a wide variety of patients. Both of our doctors have a shared visions of giving the athlete the specialized treatment they deserve.

            PHYSICAL THERAPY

The core of our services revolve around physical therapy for the injured athlete (see below for definition of who is an athlete). Athletes have unique needs that can only be served in an environment with specially trained doctors of physical therapy. Whether you are referred to our clinic by a doctor of another profession or are self-referred we can begin the process of returning you "back to the game" immediately after the injury. Ideally we prefer to see our patients early in order to return our patients back to their activities as soon as possible.

Customized treatment plans are available for all our active adults and athletes of all ages. Call us if you need an appointment for any of the following reasons:

  • You have a doctor's referral for an injury and you are an active person or athlete

  • You are an active person or athlete without a physician's referral (physical therapists have direct access and do not need a referral)

  • You have had surgery and want to "get back in the game" quicker and stronger than before

  • You are in pain or unable to be as active as you would like to be

  • You have not had an injury but would like to prevent a sports injury

            ASSESSMENT

In addition to physcial therapy evaluations and treatments we do a wide variety of assessments. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Same day injury assessment

  • Body Composition and Vital Assessment

  • ACL Injury prevention

  • Rotator Cuff Injury prevention

  • Flexibility Assessment

  • Strength Assessment

  • Running Assessment

  • Throwing Assessment

  • Kicking Assessment

All of our assessments are aimed at identifying risk factors that could lead to future injuries and ultimately lead to building a customized program that will rectify any deficits that predispose our athletes to injuries
